Age: 3 Sex: Male Colors: Blue/Rust Ears/Tail: Natural/docked Location: Knoxville, TN Adoption Fee: $350 🐾 Meet Brodie! 🐾 Brodie is a lovable 3-year-old blue and rust male Doberman looking for his forever home! This handsome boy gets along well with large female dogs only. He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids yet, but would do best in a home without young kids due to his size. Brodie is currently working on his house training and crate training. He used to whine when left alone in his crate, but now he enjoys peaceful naps! Brodie knows basic commands like "sit" and "come," and he's excited to learn "stay." He adores snuggling up to his humans and has plenty of energy for playtime and adventures! While he's still figuring out how to play appropriately and can be a bit mouthy and jumpy, he's making great progress. His foster mom believes Brodie would thrive with someone experienced with the breed. She suggests a home without young children, as he doesn’t quite realize his size yet and can be a bit boisterous. He’s eager to learn and is very curious about everything you do. Plus, he responds well to redirection! Brodie does have some lingering puppy energy and habits from his time as a stray, including an occasional urge to mark indoors. He’s also a master at food-grazing and will do his best to charm you into sharing your meals! Overall, Brodie is a relaxed guy who loves the attention he’s finally getting and enjoys having a full belly with plenty of treats. He’s currently being fostered in middle Tennessee, where he shares a home with both a large male and female dog.
