Lily
Don't let this sweet lady's age fool you, Lily is still very energetic and playful. Though she will play with her humans, she much prefers to play with the other big dogs in our home. And don't worry, she plays with any toy you give her! However, we do have a grumpy old lady of our own and she knows to give her her space. We don't have any cats so unsure how she would do there, but she is a quick learner when following commands. Lily is a love bug and is always down for attention, whether you're sitting on the couch or trying to go to the bathroom, she just wants to be by your side. Lily did not understand boundaries when she first came to us but has been working on her manners and it definitely shows. She does know how to sit, hasn't had any accidents in the house, and also does not get up on furniture. She loves a good dog bed though, and sleeps in our bedroom at night with no complaints.
 Lily is protective of her home and yard and will occasionally bark to alert you when people arrive but she is not aggressive in the least. Oh and did we mention that this "Doberman" turned out to be more like a Lab mix with a tiny bit of Doberman, she even has a tail! Lily truly is an amazing dog and has been one of the best fosters we've had the pleasure of taking care of. She will be a great addition to any home!
