Mars is a Velcro  4 year old male and is full of spunky puppy energy. Mars didn’t have the best start in life and the scarring by his eyes and broken tooth are evidence of a not so glamorous past. Mars enjoys the finer things in life, snuggling his humans, playing with other dogs and kids. He loves going for rides especially he ends up with a pup cup at the end. He is still learning how to walk on leash but he is getting there. Mars is available for adoption in East TN.
