Nicolette
Nicolette or Nikki for short was pulled from a shelter. She got a rough start from what we know as she was found as a stray in the Memphis area. She was terrified of the animal control officer and received an aggressive stamp at their facility. She was scheduled to be euthanized if someone did not pick her up, so off we went.
She did show fear aggression in the kennel but once I slipped a slip lead over her head, she came right out of the kennel and I was petting and loving on her by the time I got her in the truck in the parking lot. She does have a very protective nature and still barks if caught unaware in the dark. She gets along great with dogs and older kids.  We believe her to be about two years old.
