Hi! My name is Specter! I'm a handsome 3 year old Melanin challenged Dober-boy (an albino). My foster Mom says I'm a big, funny, goofball that likes to dance for my food (I admit, it's true! I LOVE my food). I am house trained and I get along with other dogs and cats! My Foster Mom says I could use glasses and hearing aids but she says they don't make them for doggos yet. I'm VERY loving and just need somewhere & someone to call my very own. Are YOU the one I need?
