Coltrain
Name: Coltrain Age: 9 months Sex: Male Colors: Black/Tan Ears/Tail: Natural Available for Adoption: Now Adoption Fee: $350 Meet Coltrain, a charming 9-month-old black and rust male. Coltrain is ALL NATURAL, complete with adorable floppy ears and a long tail. Presently, he's on the mend from a bout of kennel cough, and once that's behind him, he'll receive his updated vaccinations and be neutered, eagerly awaiting his new forever home. Coltrain's personality shines through, as he gets along well with both other dogs and cats. While his interactions with children still remain untested, we believe he would do well with kids. He is fully house trained and he's a fantastic companion for car rides. Coltrain does stress-chew when alone and having free roam but his crate training is mostly established, although some guidance is still required. Although he will sleep peacefully through the night in his crate, he may voice his disapproval if left alone in a room. A leash walk with Coltrain is generally a pleasurable experience, though he might exhibit slight pulling tendencies which is less when he walks with a canine buddy. He's already mastered commands like "sit" and "go to bed," showcasing his intelligence and eagerness to learn. While his playstyle with fellow canines can be exuberantly puppy-like, he engages in friendly, joyful play sessions as well as rough-housing. Coltrain shows more confidence when around other dogs, leading us to believe that a home with one or more doggy companions would be ideal. Currently being fostered in Knoxville, TN, Coltrain is ready to start on his new journey with his future forever family. #VSDRCOLTRAIN23 If you’d like a meet & greet with Coltrain, fill out an adoption application and we’ll get you approved pronto! *Since we are 100% volunteer based, we ask for a $25 application fee to determine if the adopter is seriously interested in going through with an adoption.
